SECTION 1 - MINIMUM ORDER

Minimum order of AED 50 is required to place an order. Any orders that have been accepted as a result of website malfunction or any other error, will be canceled.

SECTION 2 - SHIPPING AREAS

LLC NATURES TEA AND CHOCOLATE FACTORY serves and ships products within the United Arab Emirates and all over the world.

Dubai - 20 AED, free shipping from 200 AED.

​

We offer Free shipping on all orders above 200 AED. 25 AED shipping fee will be charged for orders below 200 AED.

Other Emirates - 50 AED.

​

You can see all other fees while checkout your order.

Delivery within city limits only

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING TIME

All orders placed before 2 PM will be delivered next day. Please note, orders placed post 2PM will be delivered in 2 days.

Delivery will be within UAE only.
